Privacy Policy
Clear to Compete, LLC. Effective Date: November 15, 2026.
At Clear to Compete, LLC (C2C) we are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect and retain only the following information:
- Account registration information: user name, email address, and password
- Payment information: your payment method, which is processed through our third-party payment processor
- Account identifiers: information used to administer free trials and subscriptions, including enforcing one free trial per person
- Communications: messages you send to us, including support requests
C2C does not store your lookup queries or results. You can save your own lookup log from within the App before you log off. When a lookup returns a banned result, the App will prompt you to save the result. This gives you your own record of what you checked and when, which may matter later if you need to document the use.
The App is designed as a compliance lookup and reference tool and is not intended to collect, store, or process medical records, protected health information (PHI), diagnostic information, treatment information, laboratory results, healthcare records, or other clinical information.
While users may search for medications, supplements, or substances, the App does not collect medical histories or healthcare records. C2C does not collect, store, or link consumer health data to your account. Substance searches are processed only to return a result and are not saved.
We also collect limited information automatically when you use the App:
- Device type and operating system
- App usage data and feature interactions
- IP address and general geographic region
- Date and time of access
2. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide substance lookup results and compliance guidance
- Administer subscriptions, free trials, and billing
- Improve App functionality, accuracy, and user experience
- Send account, subscription, and support communications
- Comply with legal obligations
- Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized use, including repeated use of free trials
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We may share data with trusted vendors who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing), subject to confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
- Business transfers: If C2C is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of the transfer.
- Except as described in this Section, we will not share your information for any purpose without your explicit consent.
User information and contractual rights may be assigned by C2C in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, licensing transaction, corporate restructuring, or other transfer of ownership involving the App, subject to applicable law.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected].
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to process deletion requests within thirty (30) days, subject to legal, regulatory, contractual, or legitimate business retention requirements.
Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users 18 years of age and older. Users under 18 may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may withdraw consent at any time, in which case we will delete the user’s account and personal information within 30 days.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
We may verify your identity before processing certain requests.
7A. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain copies of, or limit the use of personal information.
Where required by law, C2C will honor applicable requests and provide any legally required disclosures.
8. Third-Party Links and Data Sources
The App may reference data from third-party databases including but not limited to WADA, USADA, NCAA, and international drug reference databases. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
