A physician with more than 30 years of clinical practice and a former Division I college athlete, Frenesa K Hall, MD built Clear to Compete to protect athletes from the banned-substance mistakes that end careers.

She played basketball at Harvard, where she was co-captain in her senior year and earned her BA in Biology, and trained as a physician at the University of North Carolina. A serial entrepreneur, she is the founder of MD Wellness Soulutions, an integrative wellness practice, and has served as team physician for the Atlanta Glory women's professional basketball team and as Rowing Venue Physician at the 1996 Olympics.

She leads clinical strategy, physician and institutional partnerships, and regulatory positioning, and makes sure every product decision is grounded in real-world care.

Robin Whitley leads product for Clear to Compete, turning complex anti-doping data into a platform that athletes, teams, and organizations can rely on day to day.

She drives the product roadmap, works hand in hand with Frenesa to keep every feature grounded in how athletes and staff actually work, and partners with the development team to ship a system that is both compliant and genuinely usable.

Robin also leads investor engagement, helping partners understand not just what Clear to Compete is building, but why it matters and how it scales. With more than 30 years of enterprise product and technology experience, she moves fast without cutting corners.
